People who don't give a shit about money like monks do not exist .. Man, there is no one who gives a shit about it not even the monks or anyone.B because it gets you what you want.. And if anything in this world which can get you whatever you want, nothing like it. Everybody wants the M.
Since mankind started to evolve and they started using their brains. They had started to feel these feelings... Of Satisfaction, of loosing, of equality, ego, guilt, anger depression and many others. They understood, It is a human nature because every damn human in this world is common in terms of biological body, everybody has same organs same internal body structure which operates and keep people alive. so what ... So they now know we can't do anything about it. We can't control everything, we are no GOD. We are goddamn humans (nobody knows how we came, we just have these thoughts of humans existence )
Then the exchange of things came. Which is simple as that... I have something, you have something which I want, what can I do to get it. Then a thought came to the mind of human ... "I should give my something and take his something which satisfies my needs"
This process started millions of year ago.
Since time passed and the number of human bodies increased this process like other processes, traditions, practices, and culture ( which are also a thought and people started feeling satisfied doing it) evolved and upgraded with time.
Now what .. Then this brilliant idea came into someone Mind of introducing something which has its own value. Which is an upgradation to the same process which we are doing since god knows when? But the thing is, what Should be this valuable thing which people should understand, inherit and accept this as a valuable thing.
Something which is less in quantity, with the good amount of marketing and advertising ( which is putting your thoughts into someone's mind and convince them to accept what we are offering )
Gave the birth to money. innovative and creative people gave it a shape of the coin and made it with something which is expensive in its own term...
Now I will not tell the journey from stone to the paper which you hold today.

Which becomes ideas, which becomes ambitions, which becomes passion, vision, and goals. Because you think that when your ideas become reality, it will be an amazing feeling in the history of your life and you want to taste it. How you will do it by, you do it by thinking more of it. Then you start focusing, believing and start doing things to achieve what you want, it when you give that thought enough time to visualize the ultimate results from it. That is vision mate.
Why the world is like this because, with time, visions started increasing as population increased which increased the no. Of visions becoming reality, now if your reality is born, don't you want to see it grow big, absolutely yes.
Then how to do it??

You do it. By putting your reality ( s) into others ( people ) mind when you play with their feelings and emotions and creates another to taste it, use it. Which creates a need which you want to fulfill to get satisfaction.

They know decision making depends upon the emotions. If you tap emotions, if you show them where their product should be consumed, time and place, occasions, a date or things you can relate the mass, it could be anything.
Now if you try to learn anything, 1st thing you... Try something ( trying the product) then u understand it, which generates a feeling for that according to your brain and now two things:
Either you are satisfied or not,
1st when you are satisfied.You will use it and they keep playing with your emotions by putting more thoughts into your brain about the product and one day it becomes a habit. Bang you don't even know. When you have tried which now becomes your need.
2nd when you are not
We reject and try something else, we will not satisfied while we don't get the feeling which we expected due to the expectation we create from those exposed thoughts. Even if you are not a regular consumer of the user of anything. They still put thoughts in your mind according to your thinking capacity (Age, Experience, lifestyle, knowledge, environment, traditions, practices etc. You are not the one who is affected by that, but people you do get. Which develops a positive feeling about the product. They start Thinking about it more, takes a decision of sharing their feelings about the product in to others mind either to tell positive about it or negative impact ( Based on feelings people like or dislike ) more and more people connect to" the thought " and it becomes valuable as demand and reach increased, with time it covers mass crowd as the body structure of human is same .. The only brain works differently, but at the end of the day, basic things which I need for survival ( food and water) is the thing which anybody in this earth would require for living.
This value of the product or anything becomes so high in our mind that we ignite necessity in us for the product. (Transferring thoughts, vision into people mind is not easy, it's a psychological thing and an art which takes precise communication material to help you understand what are they trying to say)
A piece of paper is so valuable that people today can do anything for it and the world is working to get those. Why a paper gets this much importance ???
We know only those things which we have explored and questioned in this existing world.
You can actually control human behavior, and how to do it? by triggering your right emotions and feelings, by being more human-centric, towards all the how's and what's which comes in mind when we talk about humans generally common values and behavior (same all over the world ). To get a better understanding of it you can try to understand how you operate in daily life, observe and keep a trek of your activities and your reaction and response to everything you encounter and do in daily life.

The ones who were influentials ( somebody whose thoughts are more accepted by others) done this job of convincing people ( here you tell them their benifits and future with money) people accepted it and money is running since then ( its in human naure when we see anything or observe something good, which have their own benefits we adapt it, money adapted by every individual from all parts of the world ) product was advertised so well that it made a piece of paper so valuable like a brand itself because we accepted their thoughts for benifits.

Pick up any manmade thing. Like I picked up a medicine, now turn it around and try to see who is marketed and who is manufactured it. Try to see that company's profile their product portfolio, you will find whatever they make, it has a value and has its benefits. This all products are made because they identified the need for finding solutions for problems which affect people lives.
Now multiplying this need into no. Of people who actually suffer from the problem and no. Of people likely to get this problem in future, helps you to imagine Opportunity and scope. When you successfully make one product and it does well in the market you, then you found another problem and make another solution and also you have to change things (upgrade or update as per changing behavior and mind) as the time changes, as this is a law of nature to evolve W.R.T. time. From observing a problem to thinking of a solution, making to marketing to distribution it takes a lot of manpower (employees) and when a company is set up then it becomes like a heart, pumping continuously to circulates blood in the body, which can not stop.
It's just one company (business) we have gone through, but there are billions like them small, big, huge into almost everything which exist in today's world trying to grow them more n more. As the greeds start increasing. They did not fall because they are continuously evolving themselves, and due to innovations and inventions, because everyone has this similar feeling of fear, losing, winning, respect and many others which keeps them motivated to do so.
As an event person we should know first is what is the need of doing events? Finding a problem whose solution is an event.
Where is the scope and opportunity to do the same? Whom we can sell this thought... By introducing them to its need and benefits.
What is the scope of work... According to the need, what can we create, which should be a precise solution and our customers achieve what he wants?
Creating a unique event which satisfies needs of all.
And finding such opportunities from billion of companies is not a very difficult task to do.
